Whether it is a headache or stiffness in the back of the neck, nervous tension is our body and mind's reaction to life's uncertainties, and can persist despite our best efforts. However nervous tension can be reduced by relaxing and providing the necessary conditions for the mind to restore its own natural ability to relax.
